Design. Calculate. Automate.
ESA Motion is a growing collection of practical engineering tools for makers, fabricators, designers, and engineers — built to turn 3D concepts into things you can actually build.
From reference geometry to fabrication data.
FrameDesigner combines interactive 3D frame design with fabrication-aware geometry, automatic joint calculations, bend data, notch visualization, measurements, and manufacturing output.
Work around imported 3D models
Load multiple STL, OBJ, GLTF, and GLB-style reference models. Position, rotate, scale, hide, and inspect them independently while the frame remains dimensionally separate.
Round, square & rectangular tube
Create members joint-to-joint, move and split tubes, add multi-bend geometry, apply symmetry, select standard or custom tube sizes, and control profile clocking.
Automatic notch calculation
Physical joints are discovered from geometry and recalculated as the structure changes, including miter, cope, terminal, multi-contact, straight-host, and compound bent-host conditions.
Tube-by-tube build specifications
Review stock length, chord length, fabrication order, bend sequence, bend CLR and angle, end-cut operations, developed length, and per-cut tolerance for each member.
Interactive fabrication preview
Inspect the selected tube in an orthographic 3D preview with neighboring members, raw-stock extensions, bend highlights, notch contours, and unfolded Notch 1 / Notch 2 views.
Export the design for the next step
Generate fabrication PDFs and export frame geometry through JSON, STL, OBJ, and STEP-related solid-CAD workflows, including straight and bent members with notch reconstruction.
Engineering tools for people who build.
Each ESA Motion application is focused on a real design or fabrication workflow. FrameDesigner starts with tubular frame design, and the platform will expand with more tools for mechanical design, calculation, simulation, and automation.
FrameDesigner
Import 3D references and create fabrication-aware tubular frames with joints, bends, profiles, notches, measurements, and export tools.
Analysis tools
Focused calculators and visual analysis utilities for engineering decisions and early-stage design work.
Automation
Utilities that connect calculations, engineering data, repetitive workflows, and machine-ready output.
Software for engineers, makers, and fabricators.
ESA Motion is developed by Esacode, LLC. The goal is straightforward: create modern engineering software that is fast to access, easy to understand, and useful from the first minute — especially for builders who need practical design and fabrication tools without heavyweight CAD workflows.
